Audio Production

Dedicated live audio recording for performances, services, presentations, and events

Huper Media captures live performances and programs as dedicated audio recordings for archival, release, broadcast, documentation, or later mixing. The recording plan is built around the available console, microphones, channel count, routing, venue access, and intended final use.

What live recording can include

Input and system review

Confirm audio sources, mixer access, microphone needs, channel count, recording format, venue rules, and event schedule.

Recording setup

Prepare the approved split, interface, recorder, microphones, routing, monitoring, and backup approach.

Live recording operation

Monitor the recording during the program while coordinating with the available live-audio workflow and venue team.

Backup and handoff

Organize approved recordings for mixing, editing, archival storage, or digital delivery after the event.

Technical requirements and service boundaries

Console access

Multitrack capture depends on the available mixer, outputs, routing, channel count, and permission to connect to the system.

Microphone plan

The recording may use existing event microphones, dedicated recording microphones, or a combination based on the approved scope.

Live sound is separate

Recording the event does not automatically mean Huper Media is also providing the PA system or live front-of-house mix. Live Sound & PA is a separate service unless combined in the quote.

Large file volume

Long events and high channel counts create large recordings, so storage, transfer method, backup, and source-file delivery should be planned in advance.
