Hourly podcast studio rental
Best for clients who want to record in the Huper Media studio and handle their own editing, publishing, and distribution. All hourly rentals have a two-hour minimum and include a Huper Media staff member onsite for access, equipment oversight, basic technical assistance, and protection of the facility/equipment.
Audio Podcast Studio Rental

Additional studio time after the minimum is billed in 30-minute increments: $50 per 30 minutes for audio studio rental and $87.50 per 30 minutes for video studio rental. Booking time includes setup, recording, breaks, retakes, guest changes, and breakdown.
One-time podcast production packages
Best for clients who do not publish on a fixed monthly schedule or who want to test the service before moving into recurring production. Unless otherwise stated, the standard package covers one finished episode with up to 60 minutes of raw recorded content.

Important podcast package policies
- Two-hour minimum for all hourly studio bookings
- All studio rentals include a Huper Media staff member onsite for oversight
- Recording time begins at the scheduled booking time; late arrival does not extend the reservation
- Setup, recording, breaks, retakes, guest changes, and breakdown occur within the reserved time
- Standard per-episode packages cover up to 60 minutes of raw recorded content unless otherwise stated
- Video podcast standard deliverable is the live-switched ATEM program output unless a package explicitly includes a finished edited episode
- Isolated raw camera media is not automatic; 4K/BRAW camera files are an add-on when available
- Monthly sessions/deliverables do not carry forward unless Huper Media approves a reschedule in writing
- Revision limits follow the selected package; additional revisions are billed separately
- Client must provide brand assets and required account access for publishing/optimization services
- Deposits and recurring payments become nonrefundable once work or reserved time begins
- Completed files are delivered through WeTransfer or another approved digital transfer method
Questions about podcast pricing and packages
Is an engineer included with production packages?
Yes. Production packages include the agreed Huper Media production support. Studio rental is different: a staff member is onsite for access and oversight, but dedicated engineering/production operation is not automatic.
What is the difference between studio rental and a production package?
Studio rental is primarily access to the studio and approved equipment. Production packages add engineering, editing, finished deliverables, and other services according to the selected package.
What is the standard video podcast deliverable?
For the core recording workflow, the standard video deliverable is the live-switched ATEM program output. Packages that specifically include a finished edited episode add that post-production deliverable. Isolated raw camera media is separate unless stated.
Are raw 4K/BRAW camera files included?
No. Isolated raw camera media is not automatic. When available, it can be quoted as an add-on and should be requested before recording so storage and transfer can be planned.
How long is a standard package episode?
Unless otherwise stated, the approved pricing document treats a standard package as one finished episode with up to 60 minutes of raw recorded content. Longer or differently scoped sessions may require additional production time.
Can I use a monthly package for remote production?
Yes. Remote or hybrid recording can be substituted in qualifying monthly workflows when the technical and editing requirements are approved.
Do unused monthly sessions roll over?
No. Unused sessions and deliverables expire at the end of the billing month unless Huper Media approves a reschedule in writing.
How are finished files delivered?
Completed files are delivered through WeTransfer or another approved digital transfer method based on the project and file size.
