What photo booth service can include
Event and booth planning
Confirm event date, venue, guest count, selected booth format, branding, service time, sharing workflow, print needs, and venue requirements.
Load-in, setup, and testing
For 360 service, Huper Media normally plans to arrive approximately two hours before the event start so the booth, lighting, software, branding, sharing, and guest flow can be tested before service begins.
Onsite booth operation
A booth attendant manages the approved guest experience, booth operation, sharing or print workflow, and reasonable guest-flow support during the service window.
Guest media output
Guests receive digital or printed outputs according to the selected package and should save shared media to their own devices during the available sharing period.
Space, table, internet, power, and outdoor requirements
360 operating space
Plan for approximately a 10 × 10 foot operating area for the 360 platform plus safe guest entry, exit, and circulation around the booth.
Support table
A 6-foot or larger table may be required for props, accessories, printers, sharing equipment, supplies, or other approved support items.
Wi-Fi for digital sharing
Reliable Wi-Fi internet access is required for live digital sharing features. Sharing performance depends on the venue connection and third-party services.
Outdoor events
Outdoor service may require weather protection, a level operating surface, appropriate lighting control, and portable power when suitable venue power is not available.
