Temporary projection support for presentations, videos, memorials, meetings, and events
Huper Media provides projector and screen support when a venue needs a temporary visual display system. The correct setup depends on audience size, room depth, ambient light, screen placement, source device, content format, and whether onsite technical support is required.
- Projector and screen matched to the room
- Source-device and connection testing
- Professional placement and cable management
- Onsite AV support available when scoped
What projector and screen service can include
Display-needs review
Confirm room dimensions, audience, viewing distance, screen placement, source device, content, ambient light, and event schedule.
Equipment preparation
Select and test the approved projector, screen, standard cabling, adapters, and playback connections before deployment.
Setup and alignment
Position the screen and projector, connect the approved source, focus and align the image, and test playback when setup is included.
Breakdown or return
Remove, pick up, or return equipment according to the approved rental and support arrangement.
Room light, throw distance, source device, and audio requirements
Ambient light
Bright rooms and direct light can reduce projected-image visibility. Room-light control or a different display solution may be needed for some venues.
Throw distance and sightlines
Projector placement depends on screen size, room depth, lens characteristics, guest seating, stage layout, and safe equipment positioning.
Source device and adapters
The laptop, media player, presentation computer, HDMI/USB-C adapter, playback software, and presentation files should be identified and tested before the program.
Room audio is separate
Projector and screen service does not automatically include a PA system, microphones, or room audio. Sound should be scoped separately when the presentation includes speech, music, or video audio.

Common questions about projector and screen rental
What screen size do I need?
That depends on the audience, room dimensions, viewing distance, placement options, ambient light, and the type of content being displayed.
Can Huper Media set it up for me?
Yes. Delivery, setup, alignment, source testing, and breakdown can be included in the service scope.
Does the projector include room sound?
No. A separate PA or audio system may be required. Projection should not be assumed to provide sound reinforcement for the room.
Can I connect my laptop?
Usually yes, but the device, operating system, presentation software, output type, and required adapter should be confirmed before the event.
Can a technician stay onsite?
Yes. Onsite AV support can be added when continuous playback, troubleshooting, or presentation support is needed.
