What the livestreaming service can include
Pre-event planning
Platform, audience, venue access, event schedule, camera positions, audio sources, graphics, privacy level, and recording requirements are confirmed before event day.
Production setup
The approved cameras, switching system, audio connections, encoder, cabling, monitoring, and supporting equipment are installed and tested before the program begins.
Live operation
Huper Media operates the program feed, changes camera angles, monitors audio and the available connection status, and manages the approved streaming destination during the event.
Recording and handoff
A program recording and post-event digital handoff can be included when specified in the quote. Additional editing is available separately.
Technical and venue requirements
Internet
A reliable venue internet connection is required. Wired connectivity is preferred for critical streams. Backup connectivity can be discussed when appropriate.
Platform access
The client must provide or approve access to the selected YouTube, Facebook, Zoom, private streaming, or other supported destination before production.
Venue access
Load-in time, safe cable paths, power, camera positions, production space, parking, credentials, venue rules, and weather protection for outdoor events must be confirmed.
Connection limitations
Internet service is supplied by third parties and cannot be guaranteed by Huper Media. The production plan can reduce risk, but no provider can eliminate internet outages.

Choose camera positions, audio sources, switching workflow, connection path, graphics, staffing, and setup schedule.
Set up and test
Load in early enough to install the system, verify platform access, test audio/video, and confirm the stream path before guests arrive.

Run the live program, monitor the available stream status, and organize the approved recording or follow-up files after the event.

Do you need venue Wi-Fi?
A reliable internet connection is required. Wired internet is preferred because venue Wi-Fi may not be sufficient for a critical stream.
Can the stream be private?
Yes. Private or unlisted viewing can be planned for funerals, memorials, internal events, and other programs that should not be publicly searchable.
Can you stream to YouTube, Facebook, or Zoom?
Common platforms can be supported when the client account, permissions, venue connection, and production requirements are compatible.
Is a recording included?
A program recording can be included, but it must be confirmed in the quote and production scope.
What happens if the venue internet fails?
Huper Media can plan monitoring and optional backup connectivity, but third-party internet service cannot be guaranteed.
