Huper Media provides a prepared podcast recording environment for creators, businesses, interview teams, and producers who need professional studio space without building their own. A Huper Media staff member remains onsite for facility access and oversight, but studio rental does not automatically include a dedicated engineer operating the production.

Podcast studio rental pricing
All hourly studio rentals require a two-hour minimum. The onsite staff member provides access, equipment oversight, basic technical assistance, and protection of the facility and equipment. They are not automatically serving as producer, director, editor, or dedicated engineer.
Audio Podcast Studio Rental — $100/hour
$200 minimum. Includes studio access, up to four microphones, headphones, professional audio interface/mixer, individual isolated audio tracks, raw 48 kHz/24-bit audio files, standard studio set/furniture, up to four participants, and file transfer after the session.
Video Podcast Studio Rental — $175/hour
$350 minimum. Includes studio access, up to four microphones, up to three studio cameras, professional lighting, individual isolated audio tracks, multicamera recording, live-switched program recording, standard studio set/furniture, up to four participants, and file transfer after the session.
Additional time after the two-hour minimum
Audio Studio
$50 per additional 30 minutes.
Video Studio
$87.50 per additional 30 minutes.
What studio rental includes
Reserved studio access
Reserved access to the approved podcast recording space for the booked session window.
Approved studio equipment
Use of the microphones, stands, monitoring, furniture, cameras, lighting, and recording equipment included with the selected audio or video rental.
Onsite facility oversight
A Huper Media staff member remains onsite for access, equipment oversight, basic coordination, and protection of the facility.
File handling when included
Recorded files are transferred after the session when recording/file handling is part of the confirmed rental configuration.

Staff is not the engineer

Booking time covers the full session
Setup, breaks, retakes, client delays, and breakdown must fit within the reserved time. Late arrival does not automatically extend the booking.
Production upgrades are available
Clients who need an engineer, live switching, remote guest support, livestreaming, or editing should add production support or select a production package.
