Standard video deliverable and raw-camera policy
ATEM program output
The standard video deliverable is the live-switched ATEM program recording created during the session.
Raw camera media
Isolated camera files are not included by default. Where the production configuration permits, original 4K/BRAW camera media can be purchased as an add-on and must be requested before production.
Per-episode window
Standard per-episode video podcast production is structured for up to approximately 1.5 hours of recording unless a different scope is approved.
Post-production
Full edits, isolated-camera re-edits, color work, graphics, captions, thumbnails, clips, and other finishing are included only when specified in the package or quote.
What the production workflow can include
Pre-session planning
Confirm show format, participants, set, camera positions, branding, remote guests, timing, and intended publishing platforms.
Camera, lighting, and audio setup
Prepare the approved cameras, lighting, microphones, monitoring, set positions, and switching system before the episode begins.
Live switching and engineering
The onsite production engineer monitors the session and creates the live-switched ATEM program while the episode is recorded.
Program handoff
The switched program and other included assets are organized for delivery or the approved editing/content-repurposing workflow.
